A pool of experienced lawyers, with diversified and longstanding practice, has formally registered Huqoq Law-Firm as LLC operating under Jordanian laws.

Since then, the Firm has significantly expanded in terms of number of partners and participating lawyers with more than 20 years practice of litigation (civil, commercial and penal court cases) as both in-house and external consultancy under Jordanian jurisdiction, Arabian Gulf countries (G.C.C) and abroad. We provide our services in Arabic, English and French.

Our exposure to a broad range of practice in various business areas has intensified our capabilities and quality of services that are almost customized to our clients’ business and never provided on ready-made basis. 

The number of attorneys presently working at the office is 7 members, including the partners, apart from trainee lawyers, paralegals and clerks. From the Jordanian perspective, this is a medium-size number, thus enabling the Firm to be a promising. Notably, the partners have good reputation and presence in domestic and international legal industry.

We are committed to a high level of Quality Control.  Needful to know in this regard that the Managing Partner exercises in addition to his managerial tasks, the role of Quality Control Manager.
