Working Hours

The Firm's working hours are 09:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday, 09:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. Thursday, and 02:00 p.m. to 06:30 p.m Saturday. Fridays is official holiday. Meanwhile, support if necessary may be provided out of working hours and days in order to ensure that the clients are taken care of and the phone calls are attended to.

Jordan is 2 hours ahead of GMT. The Firm observes holidays announced by the Government, some of which are Gregorian calendar days, while others vary as per Islamic calendar.
