The firm gathers a legal team skilled in all contracting issues, including design and supervision, with in-depth exposure to FIDIC contracts throughout its successive generations and versions. An exposure that has been enriched owing to experience gathered by some partners employed as in-house counsel for a large contracting holding company (construction, Mechanical & Electrical and wood & joinery) in GCC and substantial contribution as legal consultant in major projects in Jordan.

  

Our services in this regard are strictly based on risk avoidance basis, not only on contract assessment, but also throughout the contract duration at all phases (such as bonds, variations, extension, impediments and till final completion). The firm represents clients like general contractors and subcontractors.
