This may include drafting articles of association company bylaws and internal manuals in accordance with prevailing laws.

The Firm renders comprehensive corporate registration services such as registration, filling formalities, processing applications with the Companies Registrar in the Ministry of Industry and Commerce on behalf of our clients.

Our service in this regard comprises formation/transformation of companies, commercial agencies, distributorship, dealership, franchise and licensing arrangements, and all relating issues in timely and effective manner.

We, also provide Intellectual Property (IP) services (Trade Names & Trademarks), including forms filling, submission, appeal and follow up before the Registrar and/or competent courts as needed.
