Litigation & Disputes Resolution

The Firm was initially established as a litigation firm before expanding its services into other practice areas. Currently, our litigation team remains the core team of the firm and closely interacts with other members to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

We represent, through our dedicated team, clients in disputes filed before Jordanian courts as well as local and international arbitration panels in efficient and beneficial solution of the dispute for our clients.

 The firm has resources to handle complex litigation cases and experience in a wide variety of claims and disputes in all contractual and commercial areas; banking claims, insolvency, construction disputes, and all commercial disputes.

We are proud, in this regard to report that of the number rotating legal cases filed (pending & adjudicated) before Jordan Courts amounts to 400 to 500 legal cases/year on average (for the last five years). All cases are prepared and looked after in efficient and beneficial way for our clients. All and each are regarded as important regardless of their value and taken care of in the same level and to the satisfaction of our principals.
