Ali J. Dirani

Over 20 years extensive experience with diversified practice as litigator, in-house and external consultant, Ali Dirani is holder of LLB in 1988 from University of Jordan followed by courses in French language and Civilization in University of Reims and L’Institut de Tourraine-Tours and studies of private law (commercial and civil) at University of Bordeaux in France.

Ali Dirani is registered at Jordan Bar Association since 1993 and he started his legal practice litigation Attorney trial before civil, penal and administrative jurisdictions in Jordan.

Between 2002 and 2006, He has been employed as Sole Legal Advisor of a large Holding Group consisting of 12 Affiliated Companies headquartered in Doha having business in Qatar and G.C.C area relating to Contracting, Real-estate Investments, Petroleum industries, Manufacturing and General Trading & Agencies. During period He had achieved many distinctions and submitted research papers at regional, G.C.C and international level in Arabic, English and French.

In 2008 and 2013, He moved to Dubai to join Emirates Post Group Holding and its 5 affiliates as sole Legal Counsel (promoted thereafter as Legal Chief Director).

Emirates Post Group Holding-Dubai (the postal governmental operator) & its 4 subsidiaries having for activities: official postal operator, international express courier, hybrid/electronic postal services, money exchange & transfer and direct marketing & promotion.
